Booking Terms & Conditions- The Links Concierge

We believe booking your golf trip should feel simple, clear and stress-free. Below is a straightforward guide to how things work when you book with us.

Who You’re Booking With

When you book with The Links Concierge, you’re working with a team that manages your trip from start to finish.

All bookings are financially protected through our trusted travel partner, Ellisium Travel, giving you complete peace of mind when it comes to payments.

Securing Your Trip

To confirm your booking, we’ll ask for a deposit.

• The amount will depend on your trip (destination, group size, etc.)
• Some elements (like flights or premium tee times) may need to be paid in full upfront
• Your remaining balance is usually due around 8–10 weeks before travel

We’ll always clearly explain this before anything is confirmed.

Payments

Payments can be made by bank transfer or card.

Once your deposit is paid and your trip is confirmed, we’ll take care of everything behind the scenes — from tee times to hotels and transfers.

Making Changes

We understand plans can change.

If you need to amend your trip:

• Just let us know as early as possible
• We’ll do everything we can to help
• Some changes may involve additional costs from suppliers

Cancellations

If you need to cancel your trip:

• Deposits are generally non-refundable
• The closer to travel, the higher the cancellation charges

Because of this, we strongly recommend having travel insurance in place.

Your Golf Itinerary

We’ll work closely with you to build the right golf schedule.

• Tee times are always subject to availability
• Occasionally, courses may adjust timings — we’ll always keep you informed
• Some extras (like buggies) may be subject to availability on the day

Travel Insurance

We always recommend taking out comprehensive travel insurance to cover cancellations, medical costs and any unexpected changes.

If Something Goes Wrong

We’re here to make sure your trip runs smoothly.

If something isn’t right while you’re away:

• Let the venue or supplier know first so they can fix it quickly
• If needed, contact us and we’ll step in to help

A Note on Travel

Sometimes things happen that are out of everyone’s control — such as weather, travel delays or supplier issues.

If this happens, we’ll always do our best to support you and find solutions where possible.
